Hand wash only, not dishwasher safe or microwave safe. 

Leak Test & Returns:

We have a 5-day return policy on these tumblers ONLY, this means you have 5 days after receiving your order to request a return. Only returns for leaking tumblers are accepted. Your item must be unworn or unused with the exception of a leak test. and it original packaging. 

To conduct a leak test just add a 1/2 inch of water to the tumbler and sit upside down for 24 hrs. 

To start a return please email clarksenchantedcrafts@gmail.com. If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label to your email as well as where to send the package. You must communicate via email before sending anything back or items with not be accepted as a return. 

Once we receive your return we will conduct our own leak test. If a leak is found we will issue a refund to your original payment method.
